Touch Of Blessing Cleaning, LLC (TOBC) is a licensed, professional cleaning service in Maryland, with the goal to create a clutter and dirt-free environment that is safe for every member of your household. We sincerely appreciate your patronage, and want to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our services. By scheduling any service with TOBC, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

SCHEDULING/HOME PREP:

Upon placing a service request, please ensure that your home is:

  • Accessible: Should you happen to be away upon our staff arriving at your home, please provide us ahead of time with all alarm systems and lock box codes. You will be charged a full service fee if staff are unable to gain entry into the residence.
  • Ensure that all spaces in need of cleaning are completely accessible to staff upon their arrival. We will not be held liable for an uncleaned room if it was locked and a key wasn’t provided.           
  • Pet Secured: To ensure the safety and comfort of our staff and your pets, we ask that you put away all pets (regardless of size) before our staff arrive at your home. By so doing, our staff are able to effectively perform their tasks.

**Should our staff ever feel unsafe in a home, they will forfeit the task and the homeowner will be charged $25 to compensate for time and mileage. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring a safe and workable environment for our staff before requesting our service(s).**

CHARGES:

  • A deposit of 80% is required for all services, with the balance paid upon completion of work.
  • All charges are subject to change depending on the space size and extent of task(s).
  • A $10 fee will be added as an extra charge for services provided on these holidays: Labor Day, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day
  • Fees incurred from parking is the responsibility of the customer, and will be added to the invoice.
  • Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a service fee of $10 each day after the payment due date.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:

TOBC understands that unexpected emergencies occur in our everyday life, and we never want that to hinder our customers from having clean and clutter-free spaces.

  • Should you ever need to reschedule an appointment, we require at least a 48 hour notice. This way, we are able to schedule another family in need of our services in your place, and reschedule you for a day that works best.
  • In the case of an emergency, we will work to find a reasonable solution that works for both the company and the customer.
  • All cancellations that do not fall within the scope of an emergency, will be charged at the full rate for the selected service(s). We highly recommend that our customers schedule services for a time that best suits their lifestyle, and is within our hours of operation.

  • Should staff not be able to complete tasks in one day, we will gladly return the next day or on an agreed-upon day to finish the work. Even though it is always our goal to complete every task on the same day, we know situations are sometimes out of our control and we want to ensure that no work is left unfinished.
  • Should you not be pleased with the work completed by our staff, we will gladly redo the service(s) to your utmost satisfaction, or provide you with a partial refund.

DAMAGE POLICY:

TOBC makes every effort to prevent damage to properties. This is why we do not clean areas with high-value or sentimental belongings, i.e: china sets, antiques, water globe collections, etc. However, in instances when a customer does request that such service be provided, we will not be held liable for any damage(s). 

  • TOBC is not responsible for damages to property due to a lack of adequate maintenance, faulty/improper installations, or general wear and tear.

PICTURE POLICY:

TOBC staff take before and after pictures of work performed for use on our website/social media, promotional materials, and training. Should you prefer that staff not take pictures, please specify when scheduling your service.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

 Monday – Saturday (10am – 7pm)

 Sunday (closed)

 COMPANY CLOSURES:

 TOBC is closed on these holidays: 

  • Christmas
  • New Year’s Day
  • Thanksgiving

For all company initiated schedule changes due to extreme weather, TOBC will make every attempt to inform customers ahead of time, and reschedule for an agreed upon date.
